By using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at management@jcadworks.com.

1. About us

  • Business name: JC AdWorks
  • Location: Ipswich, Suffolk, United Kingdom

2. About our services

JC AdWorks provides digital marketing services for service businesses, trades, and contractors, including:

  • Website design and development
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising
  • Related advisory services

These Terms govern your use of our Website only. Any services you engage us to provide will be governed by a separate Service Agreement (or Statement of Work) entered into between you and JC AdWorks, which will set out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms of that engagement.

Pricing for our services is quoted on a per-project basis. We do not publish fixed pricing on the Website.

3. Free demo offer

From time to time we offer prospective clients a free website demo as described on our Website.

  • Free demos are provided entirely at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to decline any demo request without providing a reason.
  • Providing a free demo does not create a contract, obligation, or commitment on the part of either JC AdWorks or the prospective client.
  • You are under no obligation to proceed with any paid engagement after receiving a demo.
  • Intellectual property in any demo material created by JC AdWorks remains ours until a paid engagement begins and full payment terms are agreed.

4. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Website.

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers, databases, or any connected systems
  • Use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • Use the Website in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to harm others
  • Upload, transmit, or introduce viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or any other harmful or malicious code
  • Engage in scraping, bulk data extraction, automated access, or any form of unauthorised data mining
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website, including through denial-of-service attacks
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Use the Website to send spam, phishing communications, or unsolicited marketing

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating your access to the Website and reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, design, code, and software — is the property of JC AdWorks or our licensors, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may view, download, and print content from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, modify, transmit, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without our prior written permission.
  • The JC AdWorks name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Any work we create for a client under a separate Service Agreement is subject to the intellectual property terms set out in that Service Agreement.

6. User-submitted information

When you submit information through forms on our Website (e.g., enquiries, demo requests, contact messages), you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are the owner of the information, or you have obtained appropriate permission to submit it.
  • The information does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • The information does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

We may use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, deliver requested services, improve our Website, and communicate with you about matters related to your request. Full details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Testimonials, case studies, and results

Testimonials, case studies, and examples of past work shown on the Website reflect the specific experiences and outcomes of individual clients. They are provided for illustrative purposes only.

  • Results are not guaranteed and will vary depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to: market conditions, competition, the client's industry, geographic location, budget, and the client's own implementation and follow-through.
  • Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
  • Any specific statistics, figures, or outcomes referenced are based on actual client engagements, but should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes for other clients.

8. Third-party services and links

Our Website may integrate with, or contain links to, third-party websites, services, or resources (for example, third-party analytics tools, email platforms, or referenced business directories).

  • Third-party services and websites are not under our control.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
  • Inclusion of any third-party link or integration does not imply our endorsement of that third party.
  • Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that:

  • The Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Defects in the Website will be corrected.
  • The Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The information on the Website is accurate, complete, or current at all times.

Information on the Website — including blog posts, guides, and general advice content — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice specific to your situation. You should seek appropriate professional advice before acting on any information found on the Website.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Website or any content on it, whether express or implied.
  • We will not be liable for any loss or damage — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

If you engage JC AdWorks for services, a separate limitation of liability will apply as set out in the applicable Service Agreement.

11. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Website

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the services we offer. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Website after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without notice or liability.

Clauses which by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnities, and governing law — will remain in effect.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and JC AdWorks agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Service Agreement entered into between you and JC AdWorks, constitute the entire agreement between you and JC AdWorks regarding your use of the Website.
