WEBSITE DESIGN

Suffolk-based window & door installer

Website Design for Window & Door Installers in Suffolk

A complete site redesign and SEO rework for a CERTASS-registered window and door installer covering Suffolk and Essex, built to convert quote requests and rank locally for high-intent searches.

01THE BRIEF
Crisp Windows is a long-established window and door installer based in Ipswich, with over three decades of experience fitting UPVC windows, composite doors, conservatories, bifolds, roof lanterns and warm roofs across Suffolk and Essex. They're CERTASS-registered and known locally for a personal, owner-led service, but their old website wasn't doing the business justice. It didn't reflect the quality of the installs, didn't make it easy to request a quote, and wasn't being found in local search for high-intent terms like "double glazing Ipswich" or "composite doors Suffolk." The goal: rebuild the site from the ground up to reflect the craftsmanship, make quote requests the obvious next step, and lay a proper SEO foundation so the business turns up when Suffolk homeowners actually go looking.
02THE APPROACH

How we built it.

01

A product-led homepage that earns the quote request

Windows and doors are considered purchases. The new homepage is structured around the buyer's real question ladder, 'what do they install, do they cover my area, can I trust them, and how do I get a quote?' Clear service modules for Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Bifolds, Roof Lanterns and Warm Roofs, with trust signals (CERTASS registration, 30+ years of experience, Suffolk and Essex coverage) pulled high on the page.

02

Dedicated service pages built for search

Each product category got its own dedicated page, windows, doors, conservatories, bifolds, roof lanterns, warm roofs, optimised around the keywords actual customers search for. Content was rewritten around Rehau and Liniar product quality, energy ratings, and the CERTASS credential.

03

Local SEO foundation

Proper meta titles and descriptions, location-specific copy (Ipswich, Suffolk, Essex), LocalBusiness schema markup, and a clean page structure Google can crawl and rank. Groundwork the old site was missing entirely.

04

Quote request as the primary action

The quote form is accessible from every page, designed mobile-first (most installer enquiries come from phones), and asks only what's needed to respond, not a 15-field wall.

03THE RESULTS

What changed.

  • A site that properly represents three decades of craft
  • Quote requests routed to the right place, on any device
  • A local-SEO foundation the old site never had
  • Faster load times and a cleaner mobile experience
